Victoria’s Great Canadian Beer Festival a great opportunity to get out of town or just to let your hair down
Looking for a great last minute getaway? Wanting an activity to shake off the smoke? Just want to do something different this weekend? Tickets are still available for the 25th Annual Great Canadian Beer Festivial!
GCBF is Canada’s longest running craft-only festival. Victoria welcomes craft brewers from across the province this year, as well as a select few from Ontario and Quebec. Celebrate the festival’s 25th anniversary and Canada’s 150th over two days of merriment.
With two days to choose from, there’s bound to be something to enjoy. Prefer to sip and savour? Get your tickets for Friday! Like more of a party vibe? All aboard for Saturday! Food trucks and music will be on hand both days as well.
Fan favourite breweries from previous festivals will be on hand again this year as well as some of BC’s newer breweries. There’s also a special cask tent sponsored by The Drake Beer Parlour in Victoria where you can find even more special and unique brews. Tokens are a modest $1.50 apiece making this an affordable festival to attend.
Great Canadian Beer Festival is always a great time, not to mention a great excuse for a getaway (or simply to let loose).
