Two Wolves Brewing - Arctic Blonde Ale Review Two Wolves Brewing Co. – Arctic Blonde Ale Review

Two Wolves Brewing is a new company brewing out of Vancouver’s Factory Brewing Co. One of their first releases is the Arctic Blonde Ale. This easy drinking beer comes in 355ml cans and pours a colour of hazy amber with a single finger of head that settles quickly and without a trace. Being somewhat dark in colour for the style this beer has a bit more than expected on the nose. The aroma is malt forward with toasted notes, mellow caramel and a subtle hop bitterness. Tasting the beer it is mellow on the tongue with low carbonation and a creamier than expected mouthfeel. There is a subtle sweetness to the flavour as well along side the toasted malt character and very light hop tones. This is an easy drinking beer that could be a touch more carbonated to up the refreshing character sightly but is all-in-all quite enjoyable.
