Hearthstone Brewery in North Vancouver just released their new Slackline Summer Ale  with Sach Trois yeast and Juniper.  The beer pours from the 355mL can a clear golden yellow colour with one finger of white, lasting head that leaves some trace lacing behind in the glass.  The aroma is packed with grainy malt notes, berry, dried fruit, banana, and bubble gum along with some subtle floral tones.  In the mouth the flavour is bready with some wheat, wood, and earth flavours.  These are coupled with some fruit tones, berry, and citrus.  This summer ale is light in body, and comes with a wonderful set of aromas and a slight dry bitter finish that is refreshing and complex at the same time.

Alcohol – 4.7%
IBU – 20
Size – 355mL
