Steel & Oak Brewing Corrinna Saison ReviewSteel & Oak Brewing Co. – Coorinna Oceanic Inspired Saison Review

Steel And Oak Brewing has released a saison called the Coorinna. This beer pours a golden colour that is a touch hazy and has two full fingers of lightly lacing head. The aroma is full of wheat, orange, coriander and pepper in a vibrant and spicy manner. Tasting the beer, the orange-citrus is somewhat subdued leaving way for the wheat and coriander along with a lime-like character to take on more than in the nose. A light peppery tingle lingers in the back of the palate with a mellow bitterness on the finish . This is a sessionable, easy drinking and flavourful saison that is quite delicious.
