Yukon Brewing – Gold Panner Golden Ale Review

In the Yukon Brewing 20th Anniversary series of beer releases comes the Gold Panner Golden Ale. This beer Pours into the glass a colour of crisp gold and has a finger of head which settles leaving light lacing on the glass’s sides. The smell coming from the beer is light and fresh with light citrus character, mild sweetness and a mellow hop character all along side a malty base. The flavour too is approachable and easy going. Mellow citrus notes build with a smooth and light body, mellow bitterness joins with a touch of sweetness making for an overall easy going beer. The finish has a bit more bitterness than expected but the beer remains refreshing and easy drinking.

Alcohol – 5.0%
