Bridge Brewing The Fuzz Milkshake IPA Review Bridge Brewing Co. – The Fuzz Milkshake IPA Review

The Fuzz is a Milkshake style IPA from Bridge Brewing. Brewed with Lactose this cloudy and creamy beer pours from the bomber bottle as a cloudy, amber colour topped with two fingers of lacing head. The aroma is rather similar to a fruity milkshake. The creaminess comes through to a great extent on the nose and a citrus, peach aroma adds a sorbet-like character. Digging into the ingredient list you will notice that peach juice was actually used in the brew. Tasting the beer the first thing that comes to mind is a creamsicle. The fruit and cream combination is sweet and thick giving a unique and interesting character. The experience is quite pleasant but will likely be divisive. You will likely love this beer or hate it. With its very unique flavour there is not a lot of room in the middle. In our books though it is quite enjoyable.
