Aldergrove, BC — Dead Frog’s Winter Beeracle Winter Ale is back again for the holidays.
Every winter brings with it a new recipe for the Winter Beeracle. This year’s brew is a smooth winter ale with a rich and complex malt base, and flavours of dark chocolate and orange. “Chocolate oranges are a mainstay at my house over the holidays, and I wanted to bring those flavours to a deep and robust winter ale”, says Dead Frog Head Brewer Cole Smith. “The light orange flavour and aroma combine with the roasted flavours of dark chocolate from the malts, to make what I think is our best Beeracle yet.”
A celebration of all the good things winter brings – complex beers, warm fires, close family, and good friends. A warm winter ale with a rich malt base and all natural flavours of chocolate and orange. The Winter flavours are followed by a deep and complex malt base with hints of vanilla and caramel. 24 IBU and 7.5% alc./vol.
The Winter Beeracle Winter Ale is a single batch brew and is available now in BC for a limited time only.
