New Atomic Cherry Sour From Dead Frog Brewing

atomic-cherry-tart-cherry-ale-2Dead Frog Launches New Seasonal Atomic Cherry Tart Cherry Ale In 6 Packs

Aldergrove, BC —  Dead Frog’s new seasonal 6 pack, the Atomic Cherry Tart Cherry Ale, is available now in liquor stores across BC.

The Atomic Cherry is a tart red ale with all natural flavours of fresh cherries.  “We got a lot of great feedback on the Blueberry Blast and wanted to follow it up with another sour brew”, says Dead Frog Head Brewer Cole Smith. “This one’s a tart for the fall and winter, so we increased the mouth feel and malt flavours a bit, and added cherries to round out the tartness.  The fresh cherry flavour, rich and robust malts, and crisp tart finish all combine to create a one of a kind seasonal we think people will love.”

Brew Description

A crisp red ale bursting with fresh cherries, premium malts, and a refreshing tart finish.  This seasonal brew features an enticing cherry aroma, and a light tart finish that balances perfectly with a slightly sweet malt base.  8 IBU and 5% alc./vol.

The Atomic Cherry Tart Cherry Ale is available in 6 packs and the new Dead Frog Dozen Mixer, from October to April.  The 6 packs are available now in liquor stores in BC, and the new Dead Frog Dozen will be shipping to liquor stores across BC the week of October 24. Atomic Cherry 6 packs and the new Dead Frog Dozen will be available in Alberta in November.

Unpasteurized, preservative-free, and small batch brewed, Dead Frog beer is also available on draught in select pubs, restaurants, and for growler fills at the brewery. Follow us on Twitter and Instagram @DeadFrogBrewery for announcements on availability.
