Left Field Cider Pear Dry BottleLeft Field Cider – Pear Dry Review

Left Field Cider out of Logan Lake, BC have brought out their take on a Perry, or pear cider.  The Pear Dry pours from the 500mL bottle a clear, light straw colour with less than a finger of white head that dissipates quickly leaving no lacing.  The aroma is prominently pear, but there are also notes of stone fruit, tartness and a mild yeasty tone.  The flavour is mostly of pear up front with hints of grape, mild stone fruits, and sweetness.  This Pear Dry has a light effervescence with a fairly dry finish and is overall not as sweet as other pear ciders on the market.

Alcohol – 6.0%
Size – 500mL
