Adhering closely to the classic German style, Twin Sails Hefeweizen is a great beer for the summer. The beer pours from the 355mL can a cloudy yellow with two fingers of white head that dissipate quickly leaving behind some lacing on the glass.  The aroma is of citrus, coriander, banana and pepper, along with a slight yeastiness. In the mouth the beer shows flavours of orange, banana, and lemon peel.  These fruity tones are balanced with classic Hefeweizen flavours of pepper, cloves and wheat. The feel is light and slightly creamy, presenting a beer with plenty of flavour and very much a classic Hefeweizen.

Alcohol – 4.8%

perhaps, just maybe…not every beer gets a rating above 3, and always near 4. It kinda makes the rating pointless.
