Bomber Brewing has come up with a golden ale made with the Prairies in mind, and currently available exclusively at the brewery in Vancouver – the Prairie Baard Golden Ale.  The beer pours from the 355mL can a hazy straw colour with two fingers of white head that leaves thick lacing on the glass.  Aromas of orange, lemon, pear and fresh grass accompany some subtle wheat and cereal grain notes.  In the mouth the flavour is prominently citrus, mellowing into nice bready and wheaty tones.  The beer finishes crisp and clean with some grassy hop notes and very little in the way of lingering bitterness.

Alcohol – 5.0%
Size – 355mL
