Ravens Brewing Spruce Tip IRA BottleRavens Brewing – Spruce Tip IRA Review

Ravens Brewing has released their newest seasonal offering: the Spruce Tip India Red Ale. The beer pours from the bomber bottle a clear reddish copper colour with one finger of tan head and some lacing. The aroma is of pine, caramel, and sweet resin, with grassy notes and a subtle floral tone. Flavours of rich malts, caramel, and toffee are present, along with a sweet resin flavour. The beer presents a slight creamy texture, along with a dry, lasting bitter finish. The Spruce Tip IRA is very easy to drink and the high IBU is balanced well with the spruce and the hops.

Alcohol – 6.25%
IBU – 75
Hops – Nugget, Centennial, Simcoe
