Ravens Brewing Golden Ale BottleRavens Brewing – Golden Ale Review

The Golden Ale from Ravens Brewing in Abbotsford, BC is one of their original mainstays and remains a popular beer among their loyal patrons.  The beer pours a clear gold from the bomber bottle with two fingers of white head and has some lacing remaining in the glass.  The aroma is of cereal grains, citrus – predominantly orange – with subtle grass and caramel tones.  In the mouth the flavours of grain and biscuit malts are most prominent, as well as some grass tones, finishing with a hint of citrus.  With a medium body, and a slight dry finish that leaves a refreshing and clean taste in the mouth, Ravens Golden Ale is a very drinkable golden ale that is accessible and can be enjoyed by anyone.
