Bomber & Doans Living Skies Rye Pilsner

Bomber & Doan’s Brewing Collaborate on Living Skies Rye Pilsner

Transplanted Prairie Boys Brew up a Taste of Home With the Doan’s and Bomber Living Skies Rye Pilsner

Bomber & Doans Living Skies Rye PilsnerIt might have to do with Mike and Evan Doan and Bomber head brewer, Blair Calibaba, all being from Saskatchewan, but they feel like they’ve known each other for years. As homage to their shared homestead, they brewed a snapshot of that history for the West Coast. Prairie-grown barley and rye malts, German-bred Perle and Saphir hops meld into a grainy and floral beer that was clearly brewed by the most kindred of spirits.
