The 2015 Phillips Brewery Benefit Brew Winners

2015 Phillips Benefit Brew Recipients Announced

wpid-wp-1447714498425.jpegNovember 16th, 2015 – The votes are in and we’re thrilled to announce that the Dogwood Rescue Society (BC) and Edmonton Area Land Trust (AB) as this year’s Benefit Brew Winners!.

We will be brewing up a delicious red lager for the Dogwood crew, and a special one-off Oatmeal Brown Ale for the Edmonton Area Land Trust.  Full proceeds from the sale of each will be donated to their causes (~$10,000 each!).  The brews are slated to hit the shelves in early February, but in the meantime here’s a little snapshot of the incredible work these groups do:

Dogwood Rescue is group of passionate, talented, caring volunteers who want to help the thousands of dogs who are homeless because of abandonment or abuse.  They rehome sporting breeds such as Pointers, Vizslas, Weimaraners, as well as Dobermans, Hounds and senior dogs.  They are particularly partial to seniors.
