Mission Springs Brewery Spiced Pumpkin Ale Review Mission Springs Brewing Co. – Spiced Pumpkin Ale Review

Out of Mission, BC has come a Spiced Pumpkin Ale from the Mission Springs Brewing Company. This fall, seasonal beer comes in 650ml bomber bottles and from the bottle appears as an amber-oranged colour with a single finger of dense and lacing head. An aroma of pumpkin pie comes from the beer with nutmeg and cinnamon spice. The smell is not overly sweet however, despite the pie like aroma. The beer has a fairly light body given the 7.0% alcohol and the flavour is relatively mild as well. Nutmeg and Cinnamon along side the pumpkin tones make for a well spiced beer that has a true fall flavour but the intensity is still rather mild. The Mission Springs Pumpkin Ale is a great combination of pumpkin spice and sessionability while remaining a formidable beer. This is a great example of fall-inspired beer flavour.

Alcohol – 7.0%
Size – 650ml
