Red Collar Brewing Co. - Dubbel Review Red Collar Brewing co. – Belgian Dubbel Review

The Red Collar Brewing Company is loccated in Kamloops BC and their beers are starting to arrive at liquor stores throughout British Columbia. One of the early releases is a Belgian Dubbel which comes in at 6.0% and 23 IBUs. From the clossically labelled bottle this beer pours a deep amber-chestnut colour with a single finger of head which settles rather quickly. An aroma of toffee, raisin, and other dried fruits gives a sweet and toasty smell. The flavour is big with dried fruits and a nice, toffee sweetness. The body is rather light and the hop bitterness quite mild. This is a sweet and dry Belgian Dubbel that is quite enjoyable and true to the style while remaining quite light.

Alcohol – 6.0%
