Parallel 49 Bubbies Brew Review Parallel 49 Brewing Co. – Bubbie’s Brew Jelly Doughnut Ale Review

As a part of the new and limited Chanukah series from Parallel 49 Brewing this is Bubbie’s Brew, a Jelly Doughnut Ale. This Jewish-inspired beer is a truly unique beer from Parallel 49 Brewing and appears as a deep-copper colour  with two fingers of tightly packed head smells of wheat and raspberry jam in a fairly sweet and fruity package. The flavour is also fuelled with Raspberry and comes across in a rather sweet package. Pilsner Malt gives a light and crisp body, wheat adds depth and Raspberry pushes the whole ordeal over the top. This is a sweet and very different beer but it may just be up your alley. As Bubbie says L’Chaim!
