R&B Brewing Releases Charitable SPCAle Rauchweisen
R&B Joins Forces with the SPCA to Brew the SPCAle Rauchweisen
R&B Brewing and the BC-SPCA have joined forces this winter in a fun way to raise funds in protecting domestic, farm and wild animals in need. The SPCAle is a limited edition brew that will be released in mid December to British Columbia liquor stores. This Rauchweissen ale is an unfiltered,delicately smoked wheat beer with a 4.2% abv and 12 IBU’s. Beyond simply enjoying this lightly smoked ale you can feel good about it with partial proceeds from every bottle being donated to the BC SPCA.
In addition to R&B Brewing’s effort in the project, many thanks to Hops Connect, Richards Packaging and United Labels for their contribution to this great cause.
The SPCAle will be arriving on the shelves of your favourite private retail liquor stores throughout the Vancouver area just in time for the holiday season. It will also be available for a limited time in the new year at the upgraded, East Vancouver R&B Brewery Growler Station.
R&B Brewing and the BC SPCA bring you a limited edition Rauchweisen to bring awareness to animals in need. A portion of every bottle sold goes to the BC SPCA. Smoked malt and home smoked hops are used to give this light, crisp, filtered wheat ale a hint of smokiness.
