Driftwood Brewery has updated their classic look to look a little more refined and stand out better on the shelves of your local retailer. The result looks fantastic! First up on the block with this new style of label is the Entangled Hopfenweisse. This German and BC melding of styles pours an amber-golden colour with three fingers of very thick and lacing head. Through this full top comes a well hopped nose with notes of citrus, passion fruit and banana esters along with a defined German Hefeweizen wheat/yeast tone. In the flavour much of the smell comes through in a mid-bodied package. The flavour is well hopped but the bitterness is balanced by the wheat and Hefeweizen fruit flavours. As the taste progresses big fruit tones emerge in the form of banana, guava, passion fruit and citrus with the hop bitterness coming out with a touch more intensity. This beer is by not means traditional but through blending of cultures Driftwood Brewery has brewed up a very unique and incredibly delicious beer!

This sounds pretty tasty. Might have to try it sooner or later.
