In many ways it seems like only yesterday that Craft Beer Market opened up in Vancouver making Athlete’s Village one of the top destinations for Craft beer in the province. Boasting the largest number of different craft beer options on tap in the province if you want to experience a variety of amazing beer – this is the place! It seems like only yesterday Craft opened its doors but at the same time it has become a staple of the Vancouver craft beer scene and it is hard to imaging a time when they did not exist.
In celebration of birthday number one, a small party was held where Bridge Brewing and Parallel 49 Brewing both served up a delicious cask to be enjoyed with a slice of birthday cake.
In the past year of thirst-satisfying operations Craft has tapped some 13,007 kegs amounting to 1,318,716 beers. At the same time 40,781 fish tacos were served and this all went to an impressive 384,737 customers. This is a massive accomplish but to modify an old cliche it is all in a year’s work.
