Fernie Brewing Co. – Quiet Rye’t Rye IPA

Fernie Brewing Quiet Rye't Rye IPA

Fernie Brewing Company has emerged from their winter freeze and have unleashed their cabin fever with the Quiet Rye’t . This Limited release IPA comes to BC Craft Beer drinkers in a 6.7% ABV package and emerges from the 650ml bottle as a light amber colour topped with two and a half fingers of lacing head. The Quiet Rye’t smells of citrus hops and a light rye spice to kick things up a notch. The flavour has more rye than you may expect to coincide with a strong but citrusy, northwest style hop. This flavour combo results in a spicy rye flavour the builds into a full hop bittered rye finish. The Quiet Rye’t is a surprisingly sessionable beer but packs a punch of flavour at the same time. Fuel you hop addiction with this Fernie concoction and you are in for a pleasant surprise!
