Black Kettle Brewing Co. – Wheat Ale

North Vancouver’s Black Kettle Brewing Company started off their bottling line with an IPA, Pale Ale and A Wheat. The Wheat Ale is a summer ale that pours a cloudy, golden straw colour with a single finger of head which settles quickly without a trace. The aroma of this Witbier syle ale is full of citrus with notes of coriander and wheat. This is a very refreshing aroma that forecasts a summer favorite for the months to come. In the flavour comes a light and sessionable wheat ale with orange-citrus notes, coriander, and wheat in a very easy drinking package. This beer is light and refreshing while having great flavour at the same time. This is a beer for the BC Summer! My advice, don’t just buy one bottle as it will be gone before you know it and you will want another (or six).
