Bomber Brewing Pilsner ReviewBomber Brewing – Pilsner Review

The third staple in the line of canned beers coming from East Vancouver’s Bomber Brewing Company is their Pilsner. This traditional style pilsner pours from the can with a single finger of tightly packed head. through the thin yet thick top comes a crisp malted aroma that forecasts a crisp and refreshing, sessionable beer. The flavour has a reasonably large body to it with a certain earthiness to it building towards a reasonably strong hop-bittered finish. This is a traditional style Pilsner that has been cranked up a few notches. All the flavours that you would expect are present but may push you around a little bit as they are bigger than you may expect. The Bomber Brewing Pilsner is a nice twist on tradition without stepping outside the boundaries of history. Give the Bomber Pilsner a try and see if you agree.

    Good beer. But I don’t really consider it a pilsner. It’s a well-hopped lager.
