Three Ranges Mile 49 Pale Ale ReviewThree Ranges Brewing Co. – Mile 49 Pale Ale

One of the early releases coming from Three Ranges Brewing Company in Valemount BC is the Mile 49 Pale Ale. This beer pours from the can a very pale, golden-like colour which erupts with head. Four-plus fingers of head fill the glass long before the can is empty insinuating there could be a case of over-carbonation at hand. The aroma is very big on the citrus. Strong lemon and orange peel tones pair with a piney hop to make for a strong and intriguing smell. The taste is not as big as the aroma but it is a great balance of citrus and hop. The citrus and mild hop make for a very sessionable, and unique beer. This is something that can be enjoyed by just about everyone as it is light and easy drinking but unique and has great depth of flavour to it! Three Ranges is off to a great start with some high quality brews right off the bat!
