CAMRA Vancouver 2014 AGM – CAMRA Craft Beer Awards Results

2014_02_BMBC_CAMRA-1381The CAMRA Vancouver Annual General Meeting is not your usual Society AGM. Held at the Biltmore Cabaret this is a time to move into 2014 while enjoying some of the best craft beer the BC has to offer. At this year’s AGM special guest John Mitchell made an appearance for his contribution to craft beer in British Columbia where he accepted a Lifetime Achievement Award from Both CAMRA Vancovuer and from the BC Craft Brewers Guild. John is also the first recipient of a lifetime CAMRA Vancouver membership.

2014_02_BMBC_CAMRA-1471The usual meeting business of the year’s finances, voting in the 2014 directors and a few rounds of applause took place as expected before the CAMRA Vancouver Annual Awards were also awarded. From best BC Beer to Best Beer Label this year’s awards were based on the votes of CAMRA members and are a great representation of the amazing things happening today in BC Craft Beer.
