Bridge Brewing Co. Seymour White Kolsch Review

As a Nano-Brewery Bridge Brewing only has so many beers to offer but when they release something they make sure it is good. Just in time for summer the Seymour Kölsch has been released for growler fills at the North Vancouver brewery. Pouring a golden straw colour with less than a finger of head this beer smells of malt, light citrus and a slight touch of hop bitterness. After you are done smelling the beer the flavour comes in. initially light smooth and easy drinking this Kölsch is balanced and goes down smooth. As the flavour settles on your palate the finish has a slight touch of hop bitterness that balances out the beer but remains classic like a Kölsch should be. Easy drinking and highly sessionable the North Shore has been waiting for two things: summer weather and this beer. Get it while you can as it will be gone soon!
