Phillips Brewing Co. – Cabin Fever Imperial Black IPA Review

As the second black IPA to be released by Phillips Brewing the Cabin Fever Black IPA follows the Puzzler, some 8 months ago. The Cabin Fever is near black in colour with 2+ fingers of off-white head. The smell is strong of cascadian hops giving a piney chocolate body with a slight boozyness to the aroma. The taste is strong of pine and cascadian hop bitterness. A toasted flavour gives a sweetness to the otherwise quite bitter taste. In drinking this beer the first taste might seem like a bit much for the tongue but as the glass empties and your mind begins to fade the taste becomes smooth and enjoyable. This is a strong and intense beer but is a great addition to the line of Phillips beer.

Alcohol – 8.5%
Size – 650ml
Price – $7.00 (Cold Beer and Wine)

There is noticeably a bundle to understand about this. I assume you produced certain nice points in features also.
