Bridge Brewing Co – Deep Cove India Pale Ale Review

The Bridge Brewing Company is a Nano Brewery out of North Vancouver and they are quite proud of their newest brew: the Deep Cove IPA. This beer is a light amber colour and is topped with two full fingers of head. The head settles slowly with a thick coating left on the glass. Smelling this fresh, growler poured beer it is ripe with cascadian hops and citrus notes loitering in the background. The taste is smooth with a mid strong hop bitterness and citrus notes that add a touch of bitter-sweet acidity reminiscent of the smell. A florality also comes into play for the finish leaving a bitter palate leveled by the floral and citrus flavours.

Alcohol – 6.0% (claimed at brewery)
IBU – 56
Size – 1900ml
Price – $12.00 (brewery growler fill)

I really liked this IPA. I have liked all of their beer so far though. Great beer and great people!

Agreed! Great beer and extremely nice people. I thought this one was a touch better than the Black IPA that they did.
