Canoe Brewpub – Beaver Brown Ale Review

The Canoe Beaver Brown pours a deep brown colour with the thinnest of head. The smell is thick of a nutty chocolate and roasted coffee. Taste this beer starts off with a malty mellow before erupting into a chocolate flavour-fest. The brew is a touch on the creamy side and finishes with a bit of coffee and hop. This is a heavy beer but is does not necessarily drink like a meal. The malt keeps a lightness that will keep you going through the whole bottle and onto another.

Alcohol – 5.4%
