Spinnakers Brewpub – India Pale Ale Review

This is a lightly opaque IPA with a hazy golden colour and a touch of amber. The taste is crisp with a distinct european hop. The front of this beer is very malty but finishes with a mild sweetness and hop flavour. There is nothing that truly stands out in this beer. It has a mid-hop, mild sweetness and light carbonation. It is overall pleasant and refreshing but leaves a bit of room for expansion when it comes to the world of IPAs.
