Hoyne Brewing Co. – Hoyner Pilsner Review

The Hoyner is a light golden pilsner with a decently thick head and a touch of honey sweetness. This pilsner is finished off with a traditional european style hop leaving a very lightly bitter aftertaste. Smooth and easy to drink this is another quality but not necessarily unique Pilsner. Brewmaster Sean Hoyne does not do anything with a lackadaisical attitude and this is no exception. While I wouldn’t call the Pilsner his best work it is still pretty damn good.
