Canoe Brewpub – Siren’s Song Pale Ale Review

light faintly amber colour, this could be easily confused with a lager upon first glance. With your first taste though, this is most definitely a Pale Ale. A solid Hop pairs with the malty finish to make a refreshing beer that is smooth, refreshing has great flavour. The bottle being reviewed had a significant amount of sediment in it but this did not seem to affect the taste or texture of the beer. Nothing truly stands out with this beer as it is unoffensive and a great rendition of a traditional beer. Being so, some may find it slightly boring but still this is another great beer for the patio, game or any other excuse for quality beer.
