R&B Brewing Co. – Red Devil Pale Ale Review

The Red Devil Pale Ale is a fairly mild beer by BC Pale Ale standards. This amber coloured ale pours with a relatively thick finger of head which settles quickly and without a trace. The smell coming from the Red Devil is malt-forward with caramel tones, light burnt notes and a touch of hop bitterness. The flavour is slightly metallic with the caramel notes coming through strong. Overall this beer is relatively sweet with light hops and a malt forward package. The metallic flavour is a little off-putting but this is still a rather sessionable BC pale ale.
