Parallel 49 Brewing – Hoparazzi India Pale Lager Review

Hoppy for a lager, mild for an IPA – The Hoparazzi rings true to its name. The Northwest Hop in this beer is distinct, crisp and pleasant while the lightness of the malt starts off strong and mellows into a lightly bittered finish. There is a smidgen of citrus hiding in the flavours but it remains mostly hidden and just peaks out in the finish. While this is hoppier than your average hopped lager (50IBU) it is malty enough to enjoy a few back to back. This is a great beer for the deck, couch or beach.
