Overview

Nelson Brewery - Paddywack Organic IPA ReviewOne of few available certified Organic beers from BC, the Paddywack IPA is a touch darker than many other beers in its classification and comes off with a creamier than expected texture. The beer starts with a strong pine-hop flavour compounded with a light sweetness that finds its way to the palate. surprisingly though, the hop flavour mellows in the finish and a malted, slightly citrus finish comes into play leaving you with a relatively neutral aftertaste. This is a great beer for the whale-saving hippy or someone who likes a smooth, well hopped IPA.
